CABARET SCENES REVIEW - Click to read

PRODUCED BY JOACHIM HORSLEY.
Musical Direction: William Hindin.

Finding Home was inspired by Rena's 1-woman Off-Broadway musical 'Spaghetti & Matzo Balls!' which enjoyed three sold-out runs in NYC. The musical explores Rena's journey from her upbringing as a nice Jewish girl in upstate NY to singing karaoke for the mob, traveling the country with Les Miserables, torturing her 89 year old matchmaking grandmother because she's still not married, dodging bullets and all the while rediscovering her roots.

The music ranges from folk, rock, opera, Jewish & Italian to songs from Sesame Street. You'll hear some of the most accomplished musicians in NYC including Voxare, the Julliard string quartet , world renown fiddler Lev "Ljova" Zhurbin, clarinetist Michael Winograd, Flutist Matt Steckler and many more!
